Cancellation Policy
UMBR GLO Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & RETAINER:
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all appointments. This retainer reserves your appointment time and will be applied toward your service total.
RESCHEDULING:
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice and the retainer will be transferred to the new appointment date.
LATE CANCELLATIONS:
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the retainer.
NO SHOWS:
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will forfeit the retainer and may be required to prepay in full for future appointments.
LATE ARRIVALS:
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may forfeit their retainer if the appointment cannot be completed within the remaining time.
MOBILE APPOINTMENTS:
Mobile appointment retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment due to travel and scheduling commitments.
